It's EuroLeague's selection of what they considered the top 50 players that played in the EuroLeague during the last decade. It was based mainly on how good the players were thought to be, more than stats/accomplishments/accolades. Some of the players listed definitely shouldn't have made the top 50, Also, Bogdan Bogdanovic is ranked way too high. But these kinds of lists are never perfect.
