Huge DC fan (mostly Batman) but I never even saw this movie :lol. BvS killed any interest I had in the universe

I’m happy for the hardcore fans that’s got what they campaigned 4 years for, but I don’t get how a different cut can be much better

idk why i was thinking HBO MAX had a Superman show or movie in the works. i saw this trailer and didn't recognize Caville. Makes sense now though, it's a clip of the unreleased cut.

85% of what Snyder shot ended up in JL and that + the 15% Whedon did was 100% of total shit. Snyder’s a hack who should never have been allowed the reigns of the DCEU.

That said, he’s a genius marketer for being able to convince desperate dorks that two more hours of shitty footage will make their dreams come true.

Gonna be interesting to see whether this is worse than the Whedon version of the film... which would be quite the accomplishment

Well, we'll see how this goes. I'm interested in just how much of the original story they had filmed and ready to go, and what the plan is to complete it as originally conceived. Apparently actors will be recording new dialogue and new effects will be added, but I imagine it's going to take a little more than that. It has a 20-30 million dollar budget...
