Here are Kobe's stats in the regular season. 27.9 ppg on 43 FG shooting, 5.4 rpg, 4.3 apg. 1.2 spg. He averaged 30/4/4 on 43 FG Shooting in the playoffs. And against OKC he averaged 31.2 ppg on 42 FG, 5.8 rpg, and 3.7 apg.

Everyone else: No
3ball: Let me tell you why MJ is literally God and Pippen is worse than Brian Scalabrine...

There. I saved everyone time. Now we don't need to have this thread.

I think OP doesn't understand the difference in systems/supporting casts, and thinks Kobe would have averaged the same numbers in this era on a completely different roster.

And I bet you think the 2012 version of Kobe would've actually led that Cavs team to a title

A better discussion would be if 12 Kobe even gets the Cavs to the finals.

doubtful imo. 2018 kevin love was almost identical to 2nd option Lamar Odom and we know how 2005 panned out. the consistent success of bran teams stems form his playmaking ability to control tempo and atmosphere. in most cases if you substituted kobe for bran on a bran team they would get substantially worse. however if your substitute bran for kobe on a kobe team it's not 100% they get better. lebron is the the gasoline to his teams mechanical engine, kobe is like the muffler. it can still run without but it may be loud and smelly. brans team on the other hand wont even start up. evident in the record after he departs

If he had 'help', then probably yes is the answer to the question.

Not 2012 Kobe, but Kobe from 2006-2011 yes.
