What would you send for Beal if you’re Brooklyn?

Seemed like KD went there because they already had a good supporting cast and good chemistry. Now they seem determined to mess with that chemistry.

The Wizards can't rebuild with Wall's contract on the books. Given that he is almost impossible to trade they are basically pot committed to winning with the Wall/Beal combo. The only way they will trade Beal is if he requests it and he seems oddly committed to DC.

Beal can opt out in 2022 if he's unhappy but that's still a bit of a wait. To trade for him now Dinwiddie would be the base piece of whatever package Brooklyn put together. And the money would have to match. Does Washington want to max Dinwiddie and accept whatever extra pie es BK must toss in to make it work?Washington should consider it if the Nets are willing to do another deal like they gave the Celtics where they benefit from multiple future picks that come in some years down the line when maybe BK isn't so mighty. Good way to rebuild as Wall's deal should be expiring as the extra picks start coming in.

I thought Beal signed an extension earlier this year?

As long as Dinwiddie isn't part of the package, I'm in

He got a recent extension but it has an opt-out if he feels the situation is hopeless. And he may feel that way in a few years but he's currently giving them a chance.

Good lord. Kyrie, Beal and KD? Assuming KD is anywhere near where he used to be. That’s a chip. Coming out the East easy peasy.

Durant, Irving and Beal is a great unit offensively

Looking forward to see if this goes through. Hopefully it does, should be fun

Idiotic.

it's actually a phenomenal offer.

with kyrie durant AND beal... there's no need for that additional perimeter talent. It becomes redundant. Like your limited intellect.

The main thing is to keep Jarrett Allen.

Kyrie, Beal, KD [insert random filler], Allen is a stupidly unstoppable team.

If I was Brooklyn I would definitely try to get Beal, he is a gret shooter and is a good complimentary piece for Kyrie and KD. There would be a lot of buckets

If I'm Washington, I'm not taking this deal for anything. Beal is the best player and outside of Kyrie and KD, we'd be getting a bag of potato chips

Beal might want out of Washington, but you don't give up blue chip talent like Beal

Not a very terrifying big 3.

Not at all :lol

But hey it'll give something for Kobe/Jordan stans to cheer for temporarily until injuries start piling up and Irving implodes another team locker room

Imagine a Kyrie-Lebron-KD trio. They would take passive aggressive shots at each other every post game. And the locker room...

"big three" lol. One guy is 32 coming off a career changing injury, the second is a guy who hasn't even been able to stay healthy and play when it matters in 3 out of the last 4 playoffs, and then we have Bradley Beal. He's pretty good, but he's no game changer. This ain't exactly the 2017 warriors...

Menacing big 3, but Beal is already penciled in for Kuz.

Wall for Horford plus first's.

I'm telling you if the Wiz want to rebuild and get off his contact they need to do this. Having Horford as the locker room vet in his final seasons is perfect for a rebuilding team.

My question is if Wall can still play, no way he comes back the same. Hopefully his outside shooting has improved, had plenty of time to work on it.

Let's be serious the Sixers' are the only franchise crazy enough to willingly take that contract. Although it is tough to see Brand trading his boy Horford anytime soon unless there is pressure from ownership.

KD's game isnt athleticism reliant... he's a GOAT shooter at 7 foot.

Kyrie is basically saving himself at this pint for when it counts, and beal is a much better option than levert or dinwidie who are both ball handlers anyway.

They have good talent though, but the team would have title KO potential with a beal swap since he can shoot incredible and is more talented than either.

Can they even become worthy playoff contenders by adding him in their lineup

That teams defense along with that will make them very underachieving in casuals eyes.

Beal is one of the worst defenders in the NBA. In the NBA, not among stars, starters or rotation guys. Flat out bottom of NBA defender.

KD stopped boxing out two years ago. Kyrie has always been a mess on defense.

All 3 have really dim views of offense too. Not team players.
