She was a small business owner trying to protect her shop from these savages who feel entitled to take what belongs to others. If someway somehow we were allowed to kill all the looters, the crime rate would go down dramatically, and they wouldn't reproduce. In everyday life you can't really tell who is good and who is bad, but this is like an environmental opportunity saying here, hundreds of people with criminal tendencies all in one spot. Just get rid of them.
