No he won't, but Steph hasn't played in enough games or at that level to be ranked top 10 *for 2020*. Just seems like Currys name is being thrown in there based either on what he's done prior or based on the idea that he would play at that level if he were healthy this year. Which he would, but that's irrelevant. Hes not a top 10 player THIS year.
