The Chicago Bulls was lebron's primary destination before he had a meeting with Pat Riley. Riley made him an offer he couldn't refuse. They probably trade Deng for a shooting guard who can shoot 3's.

No, you can't win a championship with three starters who can't shoot in this decade.

Might had saved Rose for having to do as much

If LeBron can be LeBron while allowing Rose to be Rose, then yes. Even if Rose's numbers go down a bit, that's fine. He's a point guard.
Noah was a solid midrange shooter. He just had a hideous looking offensive game, and wasn't a fluid scorer. Better player than Bosh tho (tho Bosh has the constant upside of being a guy thru whom you can run an offense).
Boozer would still be on this team? He can shoot. Personally, I think the Bulls should always have had Hinrich and Rose both playing that 70's style of "Guard" rather than an out and out PG and SG. And this is especially true of a team with LeBron. Just let the three of them play their natural games, and make the ball move...plus speed it up, at least in transition.
If the question is talent, then sure.

They can't. The impact of both will be reduced because they need the ball in their hands to be effective.
