He was considered for the role of Joker in Tim Burton's Batman, but he turned it down. Just watched the Specialist, and he looked like the 1990's animated version of the joker. And his character was also psychotic. One of the scenes in that movie was when he made a pen bomb, and trolled the police officers. His facial expressions reminded me of Heath Ledger in the dark knight.

woods is underrated, but at the same time he's nothing special. he was good in that tv show shark where he played a hard nosed lawyer.
