Krause didn’t draft Jordan. Grant and Kukoc are nothing special. Krause should get a lot of credit for Tex, Phil, Pippen and having the foresight to get Rodman, but a lot of that is taken away by how much he turned off the players and eventually broke up the team.

Pat Riley drafted Wade, traded for Zo, traded for Hardaway, traded for Shaq, and had the foresight the completely clear the cap to sign the big 3. He’s easily on the same tier as Krause if not better.
