I don’t feel comfortable going out for a long time

Some places are starting to open up halfway. But what’s the point? I’d rather stay home then go to some zombie like world when you never know if you’re gonna get infected. A friend asked if I was gonna go out soon. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should.

You get judged if you go out now and judged if you don’t. Lockdown means 100 pct. If you see a friend then you have failed.

It would be so weird to go in a store now or a restaurant. You know that the virus isn’t over and that these businesses are only opening out of desperation. Just a weird feeling. I just can’t see myself going out anymore. For a walk yes but I just cannot see myself sitting down anywhere inside or shopping. I’m not used to going out anymore.

The virus is FAR from over and I don’t know if it ever will be. We live in a different world now. Even if you decide to go out, it’s not the same. You know you’re taking a dare. Even just talking to someone within 10 feet is considered unacceptable. Hope is starting to dwindle.

All the stores here in Queens, NY have opened back up and are no longer requiring social distancing. Just a mask to enter and some people don't have it on. No more long lines to get inside of the store and shit.
