Kawhi Leonard game 7 buzzer beater shot vs 76ers. Was it the best and biggest shot in NBA history?
- Only buzzer beater in game 7 history
- biggest shot in raptors franchise history
- 7 foot Embiid running at him all in Kawhi's face

top 5 IMO.. But Jordan ending his career with a championship/3peat was bigger... And above everything else was Ray Allen's 3 pointer that actually led to Lebron getting a ring.. Close but not far behind Kyrie's big shot.. Damn Lebron would have only one title if not for 2 of the biggest shots in history..

It's arguably the most dramatic due to the scenario and how many times that shot bounced around the rim
But biggest shot, in the 2nd round? Nah. Off the top of my head I'd put ahead of it
Ray
Kyrie
Horry vs the Kings
Horry vs the Pistons
Jordan Game 6

If it wasn't tied it would be higher. If they were losing, it would've meant so much more.
For last year, i suppose.

It literally wouldnt even be in the top 35 of Lebron’s most epic game winners.

They were going to go overtime which was like a coinflip, it saved raptors season.

Its in the 2nd round but most importantly its the eventual NBA champions. If raptors didn't win the title, the shot wouldn't be as big. The fact that the shot kept raptors from getting eliminated and eventually winning the title is the main factor.

If so then the answer is no.
If he misses, not a big deal. Go to OT.

Most over rated shot in history. Nothing more than a fluke in the playoffs.
^^That sounded a lot like a spoiled ass teenager who only started watching basketball recently.

Im Raptors fan and I think this is 3rd best.
1st best is Ray Allen no doubt.
2nd is Kyrie over curry, game 7 of NBA finals.
This is 3rd, Raptors are tied with 76ers so they still have a chance in the overtime to win, meanwhile in the otherhand, Ray was down by 3 point and it is a do or die situation to put Heat back in track for the championship. If Kyrie missed that shot they could also lose the championship.

Fair enough but remember that Kawhi had 7 foot Embiid closing him out and not Tony Parker closing out like Ray Allen did. Irving had Curry guarding him. So if you look at relative to the defender on them, its Kawhi and not even close.

as usual, you will probably find a shot from LeBron which was better, since the game was tied.
Ergo:
LeBron vs Magic, '09
wins
winner winner, chicken dinner

It might be the toughest playoff buzzer beater ever made.

How are the Ray Allen and Kyrie Irving shots buzzer beaters? Irving's shot went through with over 50 seconds on the clock. Spurs had a few seconds on the clock after Allen's shot.
Pistons had ten secods on the clock after the Horry shot.

Dang, 3ball might be right bout this LeBron. LeBron is just standing in the corner, Kyrie has no thought of passing him the ball. High basketball IQ from Kyrie on full display.
Hot potato too hot for most players.

He probably would have 0 title if it wasn't a short season, sometimes it's good to be lucky and have teammates to bail you out

I think this one was tougher. It clinched a spot in the Finals.

5.2 seconds to be exact. Plus the Spurs (w/o any timeouts) got a free one due to the refs needing to check the replay to make sure Ray was behind the line. They got a chance to set up a play and had the ball across half court with 3 seconds left. Parker got a decent shot off before the buzzer. Spurs definitely had a chance "given to them" to win the game in regulation.
