Pretty much what everyone knows but I’d like to reiterate that MJ’s midrange was his bread and butter which helped mold his last second clutch shots. Being a great jump shooter naturally forms clutch game.

You misread that.

The gene Pippen is referring to is the desire to always want to take the last shot regardless of if it's the best idea or not.

But there are more ways to be clutch than to be the one shooting and for LeBron he considers his shooters to be an extension of himself.

That makes him harder to defend.

So, no, LeBron is not like Kobe or Jordan in that way because he's more intelligent than that. He was the willpower to fight against those negative selfish urges. Jordan and Kobe were weaker and could not resist.

Pippen's quote says Lebron doesn't have to "clutch peen" of MJ, the way Kobe tended to do and all the little stanboys on the internet do.

Lebron's got his own peen to clutch and it's hella impressive.

THat's what Pippen was getting at. And Pippen has universally accepted authority on the topic.
