1. Higher-seeded team being awarded first possession of 2nd, 3rd, & 4th quarters

2. Higher-seeded team being allowed to designate one player have a limit of 7 fouls taken

3. Higher-seeded team receiving an extra coach's challenge

4. Higher-seeded teams being able to transport their actual hardwood court from their home arenas

5. Higher-seeded teams getting first dips on which hotel they get to stay at in the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Disney World Resort

#5 is just....wtf is that supposed to do lol?

Some of those just seem either impractical logistically ( #4) or I can't see being too much of a HCA edge. I can't say I have any ideas for how to do it, but none of those make me go 'oh yeah, that'll work!'

These are some Trumpesque ideas, well done! Or is it "Coronoa Aprils Fool". Which would be the same thing.

Here is another choice for the poll, "Skip all these idiotic suggestions and just play".

The NBA needs to just understand that if they gonna push through this and play, it's going to change the product they put out. All these silly ideas like choice of hotel, I mean how the fukk is that going to replicate or have any bearing whatsoever on home court advantage? No team is going to feel any sense of that in this situation, and all these silly quarter baked ideas are just going to further dilute the product on the floor. These are extreme conditions, accept it as such and just play ball if you're hellbent on doing so. Its going to be weird no matter what, for both the players and the viewers.

Have the top seeded teams stay in 5 star hotels and have the others stay at Ramada Inn, Days Inn, etc

Let the top 4 seed choose who then want to play in the 1st round (will choose among 5-8th seed)

top seeded first will choose 5-8, then the 2nd then the 3rd. 4th will be playing who ever team is left.

Sure 8th is the weakest but that's not always the case, playing in playoffs series is different and top seeded might be a bad match up for the 8th seed.

Example in the east, if it's Celtics turn to chooose, they'd rather choose the pacers than the sixers. That's a more easier route.

In the West, Nuggets would rather choose the Thunder than the Rockets.

Let that be their HCA.
