Pippen at 4th most of the entire 90s? Plus his 8x 1st team all Defense teams selections? Pippen is the 90s GOAT

teams are based on positions, there wasn't much competition at the forward spot as there was at C..

You all have been arguing how great Pippen is finally got me to come around. I see the light! Pippen must be the greatest.

The biggest winner of his era for sure but not #1 overall for his decade. Jordan, Hakeem, Malone, Robinson all go ahead of him for me but I have Pippen as #5. Barkley had a better career than Pippen but Pippen did more than him in the 90's. You also could argue Pippen over Robinson if you highly weight winning.

C is tricky because there is only 1 spot but there was more comp at F than G.
Top forwards of the 90's: Malone, Pippen, Barkley, Wilkins, Hill, Mullin, Duncan (late).
Top guards of the 90's: Jordan, Drexler, Stockton, Payton, Price, Miller, Penny (briefly).
It is subjective but to me the forwards were better than the guards as a group, especially when you factor in longevity. Price, Penny broke down and Drexler was not a superstar after 92' and MJ himself was retired for 3 years of the decade.

No, just the accounts that are too dumb to mask who they are. Not sure why Samurai/Coach has 50 accounts. He sticks out like a sore thumb each time.

If you guys think I'm coach, I question who the dumb ones really are. Writing styles are like signatures, I'm not someone's alt.

The reason people suspect it is obvious: you espouse identical views and your account was one of the multiple accounts that popped up around his most recent ban.
Duncan got first team NBA in all three of those decades.
Including as a rookie. Very impressive. He is an underrated player, unfortunately.

90s: Stockton/Jordan/Pippen/Malone/Hakeem
2000s: Jason Kidd/Kobe/LeBron/Duncan/Shaq
2010s: Chris Paul/Harden/Kawhi/LeBron/Giannis
2000s really lacked a great SF besides LeBron who didn't hit his prime until about 08. Giannis peaked much higher then Dwight so I put him there instead. Moved LeBron to PF since he played that a lot with heat. The rest is pretty cut and dry.

Didn't realize LeBron has the most 1st All-NBA selections of anyone in NBA history. Also LeBron James will likely get another All-NBA selection (whenever 1st or 2nd) making him the only player to have the most All-NBA selections. Impressive shit.

For sure. The one caveat is there are 2 F and 2 G slots but only 1 C spot. So Kareem has 10 all-NBA 1st teams but he was 2nd team five times. So if there were 2 C slots he would have 15.
I personally think there should be 2 C slots. Yes, there are far less C's playing than F's and G's but that isn't relevant for all-NBA since the number of players competing for first team honors is usually going to be about the same at each position.
