I feel, rooted to the Earth when I run in these bad boys -- like I'm a part of a Kenyan tribe.

They mimic running barefoot, which is how nature intended us to run.

That's not a naturalistic fallacy either...

Barefoot running has been shown to decrease injuries...

"People who don't wear shoes when they run have an astonishingly different strike", said Daniel E. Lieberman, professor of human evolutionary biology at Harvard University and co-author of a paper appearing in the journal Nature. "By landing on the middle or front of the foot, barefoot runners have almost no impact collision, much less than most shod runners generate when they heel-strike."

How long have you had them? There's no padding at all?

I wear something similar to that on my package instead of wearing underwear.

I gave these a shot back when they just exploded in 2012'sh

They definitely take time getting use to and feel awkward running at first, especially for me becuase I run flat footed and these make you run from toe-->heal instead of heal-->toe

Kinda gave up on them because I got lazy with having to wash them over and over like socks

Going from wearing AirMax 360 to these back n forth daily were just too much

I've always thought they looked freaky. My old colleagues I trained with all wore them. They swore by them. They also prevented bunions.

I really tried to give them a shot for 6 months, running 2+ miles eod and weight training inbetween.

Never felt like I got the benefits most people swear, lots of fighting through shin splints for the first few days as it changes your motion

Once I stopped and started running with sneakers again my mileage shot up

I feel these are really something you have to wear all day to see true benefits, with my job it was impractical. Be great for a nurse or personal trainers
