activated! It was Kuzma who didn't call the switch and blocked Lebron's way of guarding Harrell and Kuzma was guarding the player who shot the ball in this sequence. He then had to push Lebron (I think) because he miscommunicated defensively and couldn't get back in time.

To make it totally & perfectly clear if you look at the FULL clip you would see that LeBron was actually guarding Harrell. Kuzma got screened by LeBron so he lost track of his surroundings (and the shooter) when Kuz had to rush towards and stopped because of LeBron was in the way. It was a very bad switch on defense.

And the reason why LeBron was sagging off Harrell and was in the paint was because Harrell doesn't impact the game using the 3 point shot.

The clip you posted made it seems like LeBron had a lapse on defense when it's not and Kuzma unfortunately pushed LeBron.
