I think what people questioned was not the seriousness of Covid, but rather the fact that lockdown is not sustainable. You can't lockdown indefinitely, eventually it would be much more devastating than if everyone got Covid. Evidence has shown that young people is very very unlikely to die from Covid, so it might be worth it to slowly open up the economy for these age group while the older population remains under lockdown as a start.

The hysteria to Covid which in turn resulted in the shutting down of the country is the only thing I questioned.


I actually think these riots were a direct result of people being cooped up in their homes, out of work, and nowhere to go.


I'm also a firm believer in herd immunity. And the best way to fight this disease is by actually contracting it and build up antibodies.
