I believe there are very few “bad seeds”. A huge portion of a persons fate is in direct correlation with their upbringing and support systems. A lot of these people society deems as bad people, never really had a shot in the first place.

actually it is the government that can do it. the USA is far more greedy than other western nations and first world countries. we have way more poor and way more rich than them. way less in the middle. Euro governments actually help their people and have way better labor laws that protect the common man and afford him or her the ability to make a secured living.
