He was their assistant coach when the Knicks played in the 1999 NBA Finals. Coach Tom said he learned from his past mistakes. He is still one of the best defwnsive coaches in the league.

It would be a very Knicks move. Sign a big name years after their prime/relevance. Maybe it's because their owner has absolutely no sense at all, but has always had money. He thinks he can just buy success...which you absolutely can't do in he NBA.

He's old but surely he's a lot better coach than ty lue. For now, thibs has the distinction of being the second most successful head coach for the bulls franchise, after phil jackson.

Disagree. He's a great coach that will get the most ot of his players. They need someone that will push them. Which is exactly why they won't hire him.

He is a great coach--he would be good for the Knicks but the Knicks would not be good for him. He needs to go to a functional franchise.
