JR always arrives on a team with low expectations and mockery. His airhead reputation wasnt created in 2018 - he had it long before that. But he's been able to stay on the radar because he is actually talented.

I remember like 12 years ago I was watching JR play and I was wondering, how the hell a guy who can jump out of the gym and shoot like Ray Allen is not a superstar in this league. He was so damn talented.
Then I learned who JR is as a person, and everything made sense.

Believe it or not, JR was a big part in their game 7 win over the Warriors. He forced Curry to play defense, because lord knows the Warriors try to hide him on defense.
He had like 8 yuge points in a row in the 3rd and brought them back when it felt like the Dubs were making their game breaking run.
