Walk on Water

I predicted they would suspend the season. And nobody believed me. Then everyone thought they would cancel the season and I said we would be back. Will we finish? I don't know but we are here now and ready to begin.
We never got to watch the Warriors play without fans. They were scheduled to play the first game at Chase without any fans. But it didn't happen as the whole league shut down before they could begin.
Now maybe next year they will play with a small amount of fans. This ''new normal'' is almost more strange than the lockdown itself. Opening back up almost feels more strange than the lockdown, because you don't know what's open, what's safe. Everything is up in the air.
But this is gonna be interesting. So many questions. How is it going to be without fans? Will we hear the players or will they block that out? Will there be a lot of cases? Will the cases affect the league?
And there's only going to be a few weeks of off-season until next season starts up. This is a really strange time. I heard the NFL is going to let them play, but after the game they can't be within 6 feet of other players. So during the game it's okay to tackle each other, bear hug each other, but then after the game they have to wear masks and social distance. It doesn't make any sense and that is why I feel like the reopening of the country is even stranger than the lockdown. It's like we're walking into another dimension.
