Is Daniel Holtzclaw innocent?

He popped into my mind around a year ago, because how emotional his crying was during his sentencing. So I thought let me look it up.

I thought good for him, he should rot. Though I'll admit I wasn't getting the typical psychopath vibe.

Then I saw a couple of videos about the case, and gun to my head I would have to heavily lean on him being innocent.

Basically you have a female detective who reminds me of sub 95 IQ people who also don't have a common sense of fairness. So from the initial interrogation she came to the absolute conclusion that he was a psychopathic monster. Horns effect, since if you watch the interrogation, guilty or not, there was no real reason to just come to that conclusion. Irresponsible I think.

So from there on, she sought out women who fit the description of being black and crackhead, and essentially fed them the narrative, and hey, there might be a multi million dollar civil suit involved. They all seemed to have no issues with the cop, never claimed he raped them, and the one that he got the most years for the "rape" described him as a short black male.

Now check out the interrogation of this chick. Doesn't know why she's even there, why they're asking her if she's ever had to exposed herself to an officer before. 7 times she says she's not a victim, had never been forced to perform oral on any cops, ever, and so on. There's also another big issue, going by memory from a year ago, where they presented skin cells as ******l fluid or something, and the jurors saying that's what convinced them.

I dunno if he is innocent... but the investigation was undoubtedly flawed (and thats putting it mildly), and the evidence (or lack thereof) does not come remotely close to proving him guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

Funny that the female detective talks about Daniel being a psychopath narcissist seeing as she is clearly projecting. She is a psychopath for railroading him despite the fact the evidence said otherwise and she is such a narcissist she thought she was right no matter what. You can tell she's crazy and has some type of mental disability while the male detective is just a straight up moron a-hole. And yeah, I was a little generous with the IQ because I didn't want it to sound like I'm just calling her dumb just because I think she's wrong, thus making my point less valid. But I would say she's around the 90 IQ area. I'll say 91. Which believe me, it's not that good. The person might seem normal during random interactions, but interact with them more and they're oozing something. Since they lack a lot of logic, and ability to associate dozens facts together, they're susceptible to say, hardcore fall "The world is going to end on May 21," and completely prepare for it. Stuff like that.

I had to Google since I can't remember word for word all the details from the video, such as no fingerprints, no semen, pre ejaculate, etc. It's from another post, but are things that mentioned in the video.


Ligons said she was made to put her hands on Daniel's patrol car (like you see in a felony stop). Daniel said that never happened. The car was forensically examined only hours later and no evidence was found to support Ligons' claim. (Jstern: This is one of the points I wanted to make. Fingerprints for the woman were not found on the car. The female detective said that it's because Daniel's car is messy, and ruins the fingerprints. But if that was true, a messy car in the inside is not going to affect fingerprints on the outside of the car.)

Ligons claimed Daniel placed his hands on the top of his patrol car to block the view of passing motorists. Daniel again refuted that claim. Once again, the car was examined and no evidence was found to back up Ligons' claim.

Ligons claimed she was headed home when she was pulled over. However, as shown in the surveillance video, Ligons doubles back after the traffic stop - this would indicate she was not actually heading home when she was pulled over.

Ligons was very specific about the sexual assault stopping when a certain vehicle passed by and that Daniel made her stop performing oral sex and told her to go. In reality, it's a much longer period of time after that vehicle passes before Ligons returns to her vehicle.
