Taking place right after the '98 Finals... happening in the same game MJ hit his famous go away 6/6 clutch shot with:

3 things stand out to me.

Malone's waist height vs Hulk Hogan's. His legs are twice as long.

How gangster Rodman is... no showing off muscles... just comes in jeans and a t-shirt.

That Malone loses... but thinks he wins.

:lol

I think my favorite random athlete in wrestling(other than guys who did it full time like the rock and so on) was probably Lawrence Taylor. They kinda made it look like how a football player would stereotypically behave in a fight. I think it was the main event of wrestle mania 9.

Lawrence Taylor said guys used to hit each other so hard in practice that they would be blowing snot bubbles and dry heaving.

I cringe on what he would do to NBA athletes or much less, myself.

Karl Malone was actually 'responsible' for Hogan losing the Heavy Weight title to Goldberg at the Georgia dome.

It was the last time WCW would beat the WWF in ratings during the infamous Monday Night Wars.

I remember how skinny the basketballers looked relatively. These weren't skinny people. They were bodybuilding looks to me on the court. So, wrestlers must be enormous.

Man you guys are taking it BACK! This reminds me of the old WWF/WCW Monday night wars. I remember constantly hitting the recall button to switch between USA Network and TNT.

But forget that. Who remembers Undertaker circa 1990? Epic stuff.

The peak days. NWO. DX. The whole attitude era. Crow Sting. Rock and Stone Cold. The WCW cruiserweights. TLC. Bra and Panties Diva matches. Tag division was tight with edge and Christian, dudleys, hardy Boyz. Outlaws. You didn't even flip the channel when Too cool, Godfather and Val Venus came out with their mid card bullshit lol.

As an aside I met Gangrel last year at the New York comic con and got within a few feet of Mick Foley,Sgt. Slaughter, Nash and Scott Hall. Nash man....that ****er is big as shit.

Damn I envy you. I'm old enough to remember Kevin Nash as Big Daddy Cool Diesel. And even before those days with him and Shawn Michaels, you had the days of Ultimate Warrior, Andre the Giant, and other wrestling icons.

I miss those days. Good times. Anyone remember the Million Dollar Corporation? lol

Wrestlers are just bigger than normal people. Met AJ Styles when WWE wrestled here. I am as tall as him, but he is much beefier than me.

Yep, remember that. Man I'm old enough to remember like World class championship wrestling promotion run by the Von Erichs when they were an independent circuit. Had a blonde long haired Steve Austin and the Dingo Warrior, among many others.

Shit I'm getting old.

Same with me and Gangrel. I met Rhyno at the ole WWE place in NYC before they closed( cant recall its proper name). I was taller but these guys are like 4 feet wide. Rhyno was a damn tank.
