This is actually reasonable. I am not a real Biden fan either. However, infrastructure and jobs is exactly what the US needs.

It is kind of suprising that the Democrats actually came up with a decent plan and vision. Voters need something to latch onto. Before this, Biden had ZERO. Now, at least he has a little bit.
