I’m not sure the atmosphere at the end of that laker game has been matched in any Nets game since. Including the playoff success with Kidd. The second of those late threes was as crazy as an nba arena can get. Little bonus Kobe clutch footage too.

I think I lean towards a home crowd going crazy over a road crowd being crushed for these purposes. The players usually say they like to do it on the road though.

i'd just like to say that play was just as much kidd as it was carter. watch him run in from outside the paint, and snatch the rebound, go coast to coast and set him up. that play was the embodiment of his whole game.

I was excited when he got here. But after getting to watch him play, I realized he was not a winning type player. Someone with his talent should be able to get the Knicks to the playoffs year in year out, sure they made the playoffs his first year and got swept by Kidd and the Nets in the 1st round. That's not what I'm talking about. I thought him coming back home, would ignite him to become elite but I understood why he played on so many teams in the NBA.

He did have a lot of talent, he has some exciting highlights. But I'm not sure about his mentality.
