Do you know which stations they will be televised on? I need some type of basketball fix. Don't get me wrong, I like going down memory lane and talking basketball from an historical perspective. The back and forths on where players rank can be thought provoking. Watching live basketball however is premium.

I can't say with certainty but after looking at the schedule myself, it looks like they'll be broadcasted on NBA TV. If anyone is interested. There will be multiple teams, as in 4, scrimmaging at the same and in the same arena. Interesting.

They had a release yesterday saying all 33 scrimmages will be televised somehow. Local, ESPN, tnt, and nba tv. Every game is supposed to be on tv but they have not worked out the details. ESPN got to the point of Korean baseball in prime time. Bet your ass they want nba scrimmages.

Okay thanks. That is going to be weird seeing scrimmages on TNT. We've seen preseason games before but never practices or scrimmages. We're in a weird time though so I'm not complaining.

Not really. No Beverley, no Harrell, no Shamet. Also rumors that Kawhi or PG will sit. So basically we are going to get a look at Joakim Noah. That's all I'm looking forward to. Seeing if another former DPOY guy at 35 years old can recapture his mojo like Dwight did. I will say Noah looks insanely fit right now. Easily the lowest bodyfat on the team right now. He looks 240-250 lbs with 4-5% bodyfat.

Rumors that Geoge and Kawhi will sit? You would think after all that time off they'd get some burn. Lame. Having basketball back is premium though. Noah probably isn't at 4-5% bodyfat btw. Most bodybuilders don't even get to that percentage, and if they do its for a show. Who reported that, Clipper Darrell?

No there is talk one of them could sit. I agree lame. BTW looks like Kawhi is a go. He's warming up now and going through shoot around. As for Noah... I know man. You should see some of his pics from practice right now. Perfectly defined 8 pack+ super veiny arms/chest/neck. I'm telling you he's sub 5%. I've never been below the 10-12% range but I used to measure BF constantly and have a decent eye for it. He's not 3% like Bruce Lee, but I have a strong feeling he's around 5%. Maybe it's 5-7% though. He's stupid defined.

I have a good eye for it too, and it is extremely unlikley Noah is sub 5%.

“A body-fat percentage below 5% is regarded as a warning sign of poor health, even in elite athletes. Male bodybuilders typically go below 5% for competition, but don’t stay there in the off-season.” That’s because body fat is integral to keeping your entire body—including your cardiovascular, endocrine, reproductive, skeletal, and central nervous systems—in check. Without enough body fat, they all go haywire.
https://ftw.usatoday.com/2019/05/nba-combine-results-body-fat-oshae-brissett-measurements-draft-history

NBA lies about bf% all the freaking time. They're not in the bodybuilding industry and should stop pretending to be. With all of that being said, good luck to your Clippers.

I tried to edit my contradictory post. I tried to remove the sub 5% thing. Maybe I'm missing it and he's more in the 5-7% or even 8% range. He's definitely nowhere near 10%. Most guys around 10% will have a 6 pack, but not a shredded 8 pack with so many veins in the arms, neck, chest etc.

Noah needs to keep the starting job over Zubac, he's still a better player and way more experienced.

Morris may be the down fall of the team, thinks he's better then he is and on a contract year. They should of just kept Harkless. Oh well

Early observations:

Clippers G Lou Williams is still a bucket off the bench.

As expected, Wizards F Rui Hachimura should put up nice numbers in points and boards. Wizards barely have anyone else.

Nuggets F Bol Bol may be worth watching, though not going to get too excited over one scrimmage.

The Nets starters are on the limited side of things, vs their 7pm ET scrimmage vs the Pelicans today: Chris Chiozza, Caris LeVert, Garrett Temple, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot and Jarrett Allen.

If they don't, many people will probably urge them to do so. I'm sure they're open to being flexible.

True. I'm thinking if they keep the cameras focused on the players/court and not the background then I think we'd get used to it at least PARTIALLY. Enough for it to serve the purpose, of connecting us at home with the sounds we associate with big plays.
