Correction: Zero tested positive for Covid-19. That does not mean that they don't have the virus. It could simply mean that the virus hasn't reached sufficient levels in their system to be detected by tests.

FC Dallas left for Orlando with all players and personnel testing negative. They had 3 positive tests when they arrived in Orlando, and later withdrew from the tournament when 10 players and one tech staff member tested positive. There could be dozens of players infected, but we won't know that until 10-14 days out.
