whatever happened to kyries movement and the dozens that were supposed to sit out of orlando? more than a month ago everybody was talking about the risk that a lot of players would've skip the bubble for protest and Kyrie was at the center of every news because of his idea to create an alternative league lead and managed by players. now it seems this thing kinda never happened. kyrie hasn't said a word since when it became clear most of NBA players were ok to come back in Orlando.

Kyrie is a very well-meaning guy. He might be odd/rub his teammates the wrong way and I think he believes some silly conspiracy stuff and he might seem aimless like a lot of people who believe in things so wholeheartedly, but he''s always come across as a standup guy who believes in things. He's done so much good during this quarantine. He donated $323,000 for food for those affected by coronavirus and he partnered to feed 250,000 people for the same cause. And now he's doing this. He's just a good hearted dude and he always supports the WNBA, as he should because those are a bunch of talented women. He's going to do big things off the court like he has been, for sure. He'll do at lest as much as he's done on the court off it, and I'd bet more. Salute to this young king!

Except that the WNBA players don't have to opt out. They can play like most of the NBA players. It's good on Kyrie's part to spend significant money to help them out, but you could view it as him trying to undermine the WNBA season since he failed to do so with the NBA.
