What makes me sad is that no one came to his aid. They just keep driving by and pull out their phones to record it. We have failed as human beings.

Lol, the only person that could help in that situation was Jesus Christ himself, that dude was dead already...you don't lose an entire limb and not bleed out in a matter of minutes. I agree with your post in general though, we need to help each other out more and record on our phones less...
