He has definitely showed signs of aging.

It's arguably the most stressful position to hold in the entire world.

Even if you're extremely emotionally intelligent and even if you're extremely stress resistant, and Trump is extremely stress resistant, it is going to wear on you. And Trump has been under as much pressure as any president in U.S. history... while on its face that might seem ridiculous considering other presidents have had to go through wars and shit, but... social media has changed the world. The news cycle is endless. And if there isn't any news, the media just makes it up to fill the gaps.

I would have said Obama held the title before him as most stressed burdened president. But it's hard to see anyone surpassing Trump for some time in that regard given how the media has relentlessly hounded him. I could be wrong but I don't see any president enduring that level of scrutiny to that degree for quite some time.
