He's done, dude has looked completely mediocre in the first 2 games, seems like he hasn't gotten his regular PED supplies due to the rona. Call him a genetic freak all you want but he's reached the twilight of his career, he has 1-2 seasons left of being considered a top 10 player in the league before he completely falls off.

Giannis is the best player in the bubble, thats why he's going b2b with the DPOY to boot

LBJ was 20-10-5 on 47%

is AD done too? :lol

AD is better than and has been consistently better.

Lebron just dominates the ball so much that no matter what he'll get numbers, doesn't mean it's making an impact, he had a worse +/- than AD did

This. AD still had more impact on the game despite those numbers. They game planned for AD, but just walled up against Lebron. Too predictable.

LeBron had trouble finishing around the rim to start last year and then picked up in December. It’s usually an indicator of his conditioning as he plays his way into shape.

... but one of these years it’s not gonna pick up lol

He wants that assist leader, so he can say "omg, I can't believe it, my 17th season at 35 years old, I led the league in assist. I wasn't even supposed to be here, just a kid from akron" some corny shit like that

That's great and funny and all except when you realize that he could have had literally 0 assists for these last 8 games and he was going to end up the season leader in assists/assists per game no matter what, it loses a bit of its 'sting'.

SMH.

Newsflash: Giannis is not going to go down as better than LeBron all time. Sorry to burst your bubble. Now **** back off to the Milwaukee area.

It's too small of a sample but I think this year LeBron has clearly regressed as a scorer.

He doesn't seem to explode at the rim in the same way. His midrange jumper is at 35% which isn't nearly as good as his peak at around 39-40%.

That makes a big difference.

I think another issue is the team's lack of spacing and LeBron's biomechanics in general. He's so big and powerful he's not optimized for start and stop midrange jumpers the way a Kawhi or Kobe or MJ could be. He doesn't have clear open lanes like in Cleveland and in Miami.

I have serious, serious concerns about LeBron's halfcourt scoring. This game is just the latest symptom.

Yesterday was the WORST I've seen the system. Lebron taking two perimeter dribbles toward the rim and passing it to a shooter that's covered.

For Lebron ball to work, AD has to play COMPLETELY outside of the paint or else we won't have those lanes. It looks great when AD is knocking down threes, but thats still not his game and he's becoming underutilized.

idk... I feel like he's playing possum right now and just needs to get warmed up. In the games hes been beating his man and getting some impressive drives, what I notice is missing is his willingness to take jumpers and that shouldnt be an age related issue. Driving would be, but hes doing that... shooting? why cant he shoot more? hes pretty open out there dribbling around they arent pressing him 25 feet out.

LeBron James tallied another 30.0 PER playoff run through the Finals. He now has more than the rest of the entire league combined.

He also won his 4th Finals MVP and became the only player in NBA history to win a Finals MVP for more than 2 teams. The only other 2 players to win with 2 teams is Kareem and Kawhi.

LeBron further cemented himself as one of, if not the greatest player the basketball world has ever seen.
