As a McGregor fan, Manny wins easy. McGregor would have had to have improved a ton, he is a fighter, not a boxer. That was clear against Mayweather.

Other than Manny and McGregor fans, I'm not sure why anybody would pay to see it. Many McGregor fans wouldn't even pay to see it because they know he's not a boxer and will lose again.

But if Manny/McGregor can get a big pay day out of it despite the fact it could have a low viwership, good for them. I don't blame them for putting on another horse and pony show if they are going to be offered 50 million apiece upfront or however much. Would be stupid to turn down guaranteed millions of dollars to put on another sideshow where they know Manny wins and neither is going to really try to hurt the other. That's like free money.
