I'm actually less worried about acute injuries to his knees than I would be for a skinny explosive player. If he's got the right muscles strengthened in legs it will actually take pressure off his joints and keep everything in place.

I had back and knee issues and got workout recs from my doctor on how to strengthen those parts of the body to prevent pain. Hopefully Zion is able to get to a sustainable place on this.
