Yeah it was Rare, who went on to do Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Jet Force Gemini, Donkey Kong 64, Perfect Dark and Conker's Bad Fur Day for the N64. What a run.

Have you played the early marios recently? They haven't held up over the years. Still fun, but it's nowhere near the challenge I remember. I can breeze through world and the original dying maybe once or twice.
