That is the most fcked up scenario ever...and I can only hope that the jumpers blacked out or had some kind of out of body experience while falling.

The choice between the extreme physical pain of burning to death...or the extreme psychological pain of having to dive into concrete. Seriously just awful :(

A lot of those pictures are showing people hanging onto the ledge because that's the only way they can breath. They might not all over necessarily jumped off. Strong winds could have pushed them off.. explosions, or they ran out of room.

Either way I cant imagine what they must have felt so I cant say whether I would have jumped or not.
