Yankees have no weaknesses. So no excuses. Same with the Dodgers but they have big game choker kershaw.

The White Sox will be in the thick of things, they got some nice young offensive talent, let's see how their pitching evolves though.

First of all **** the Astros

The A's are as complete a team you can find. The 2 Matts are MVP calibre players and Semien, Laureano, Canha are good role players. If Piscotty and Davis aren't as bad as 19 then they should be playing deep into the fall.

The Yankees are the only team that scares me.

Charlie Blackmon is currently batting .500

He'd have to bat .360 the rest of the way to finish with a .400 batting average.

As amazing as it would be, I don't want to see that happen in a fake 60 gm season. It should happen in a full season. I can't remember but year's ago there have been players that hovered around 400 in the 2nd half. That is more impressive than doing it in a 60 gm season.

I think Chipper Jones not too long ago was batting over .400 for nearly half the season and then finished with a .364 average that year. You're right, over an 162 game season, batting anywhere near .400 is a virtual impossibility. So even if Blackmon finishes with an average of over .400, it won't mean much.
