TLDR - Pippen was outplayed by the opposing 2nd option in 15 of 36 series (42%).. or 8 of 24 during the championship years (33%)... or 2 of 6 Finals (33%).

Btw, the 93' Finals, 95' 2nd Round and 97' ECF weren't included in the final tally even though Pippen was outplayed in those series as well

:lol this is cherry picking the opposing "cast member", not the actual sidekick. Harper was the 4th option, not the 2nd (Pippen himself was the 4th option in that series)--your first example. Dumars was the sidekick for Detroit. Johnson Phoenix. Starks, not Oakley for NY. Etc. If I did this with Wade, Irving, Gasol, Pierce let alone Starks, Smits, etc. it would be even worse for them. No need to do it because of 1) integrity 2) the actual facts speak for themselves.
