Do you think Ex players could form a team and beat a current NBA team?

Considering how bad the game is, I think if the game were played a bit more old school, maybe ex players could come back and beat a currently bad team.

I’m talking about guys like Ray Allen. Allen can shoot and keeps himself in shape. He runs like 12 miles a day and lifts and bikes. He probably has done marathons. I know a lot of ex players don’t keep themselves in shape. But I bet you if you got some players in shape that have been in retirement for a few years like Allen, Ginobili, Iverson, Jackson, Duncan, etc.. they could probably still beat some inexperienced teams.
