As a long time proponent of brevity and getting to the point(.....) id like to try this exercise in honor of the great Albert Einstein is who is(probably incorrectly) credited with saying “If you can’t explain it simply you don’t understand it well enough”.

To that point I won’t explain myself further.

Ten words maximum. Full sentence(s) or bullet point. Your call. Extra credit for being accurate without using the full ten. Points off for the first person to simply post a picture of a goat.

Do as many as you feel like.

These are the players:

Rip Hamilton

Manu

Michael Jordan

Kemba Walker

Boris Diaw

Marcus Smart

Mike Bibby

Manu

More consistent career but not a better player than Sprewell.

Manu - Spurs best player during their 2005 and 2007 title runs.

Rip Hamilton - overrated and pistons 4th or 5th best during finals runs.

Jason Kidd - Goat defense. Scoring sucks for a player of his caliber

I feel like Kidd requires the words strong, smart, and passing. Maybe something like:

Smart. Gifted passer and tough defender. Leader. Fast. Jumper questionable.

Rip Hamilton - Highly conditioned midrange specialist wing player. Requires Pick and Rolls.

Manu - Crafty Athletic Slasher and Playmaker with Clutch Leadership Instincts.

Kemba Walker - Quick, agile undersized point guard with clutch leadership xp.

How can anyone post a picture of a GOAT?

Bill Russell isn't one of the aforementioned names in this thread.

Rip Hamilton - Excellent conditioning coming off screens all game. Excellent midrange game

Manu - Crafty lefty with footwork, extremely coachable and great to finish

Michael Jordan - Possibly the greatest of all time but played against milkmen

Kemba Walker - Excellent guard in clutch but size makes him bad defender

Boris Diaw - Stocky fella that does many things well but not great

Marcus Smart - Gamer, excellent defender that makes game changing plays to finish

Mike Bibby - Kings guy in the clutch and great chemistry with Webber

Kareem - Most unstoppable shot in history, has legitimate argument for greatest

Alonzo Mourning - Great shotblocker, always came up small against big bro Ewing

Allen Iverson - Crossover outlawed because of how hard it was to defend

Chris Bosh - Great in celebrations, excellent hype man, 3rd option at best

Amare - High flying dunking sensation but questionable defense and bathing habits

Jason Kidd - High IQ with a high motor, one of greatest PGs

Kyrie - Enigmatic, pragmatic, sensational handle but extremely moody but finisher

Dirk - Perfected the 1 foot fadeaway that inspired everyone including me

Dwight Howard - So many DPOYs but none of his teammates like him

Kobe - Bright mind with a killer mentality. Was taken too soon

Gerald Green - The hops on this guy, can shoot and tight braids

Steve Francis - Great talent and athleticism, what about his hunger to win?

Lebron - Greatest of all time contender, creates and finishes with authority

Kyle Korver - One of the best shooters, can play forever and will

Charles Barkley - Unstoppable but short, should be a champion if he rotated

Scottie Pippen - 2nd best sidekick of all time, defense changed many series

Deron Williams - As talented a point guard ever but missed IT factor

Grant Hill - What could have been, would have won plenty with TMac

Rafer Alston - Skip to my lou, excellent handles but how is his attitude?

Lebron James - Manager who favors established stars and spot up shooters over potential.

Rip Hamilton: Reggie Miller without thre three could actually hit the three

Manu: Harden used to be compared to this guy.

Michael Jordan: Jaylen Brown without the three.

Kemba Walker: Kyrie is better. But would still rather have Kemba.

Boris Diaw: Lebron James after drinking 10 gallons of purple drank.

Marcus Smart: the point guard oposite of Mike Bibby

Mike Bibby: should have an honorary ring for clutch shooting in '02

Kareem: GOAT

Alonzo Mourning: fortunate not to play in this era.

Allen Iverson: would average 50 under Mike D'Antoni.

Chris Bosh: The only player whose game was ever truly held back by Lebron.

Amare: compensation for the years of Shawn Kemp lost to coke

Jason Kidd: A poor man's Marcus Smart

Kyrie: A great player with some flaws. Not mutually exclusive characteristics.

Dirk: all-time great offense plus bad defense still equals all-time great player.

Dwight Howard: Alonzo Morning with diva tendencies.

Kobe: his death feels wrong. Like we're in the wrong timeline.

Gerald Green: the dunk contest gives the winning idea.

Steve Francis: Russell Westbrook on... something.

Lebron: pretty good

Kyle Korver: pretty good

Charles Barkley: I compared Blake Griffin to this man. Apology owed.

Scottie Pippen: Was good or great at everything by era's standards

Deron Williams: don't hate for underperformance. Unless you maxed him.

Grant Hill: glad he made the hall...he did didn't he?

Rafer Alston: he made a SLAM cover. Lol.
