Who just came back from 5 months of rest? Where is the logic...on top of that they are rusty
These guys are like automobiles not being able to run for barely half a year. In other words, they're not conditioned yet. :confusedshrug:
Can't blame them tho.

Not every guy can be like LeHulk and come out stronger and leaner with more bounce in his step with 5 months off. A lot of these players don’t have that dedication. This is the time to get in shape/reps and they are sitting

You'd think they could play for 8 games at 30-35 minutes unless there is a medical reason not to.

Imagine them playing at a 60’s pace. Half would need oxygen tanks

Weren't there some scrimmages earlier for the purpose of warming them up prior to the season's return? I think that can help to prepare them for the games in the bubble.

Touché. Sad that not all of them got the opportunity for that.

It is embarrassing. That is why the Dallas Portland game was so fun tonight. It was two teams going all out with everything on the line(obviously Portland moreso)
I will say this, resting in the bubble is lame, but it doesn't bother me as much as when they do it in front of fans that have paid hundreds of dollars to see them play.
One reason I will always have a high level of respect for John Stockton. The guy played into his 40s and his last 5 seasons in the league played every single game. All 5 of those years he was older than Lebron is right now. That is how you respect your fans by showing up and giving it all you have.
