He's a solid coach, but he definitely isn't one of the greats. I see him more as one of those coaches that's great with a team with no expectations or moderate expectations. I'm not sure he is a championship team coach, though.

Overrated coach. He was too accepting, casual and relaxed with the Celtics’ game 7 loss to the cavs and couldnt really handle kyrie, hayward and the rest of the team. He just waited for kyrie to leave, rozier to expose himself and for the others to figure things out.

The thing is he can’t be vocal about stuff like that because he hasn’t made a name for himself. Teams can burn through coaches no problem

Better coach than steve kerr who was very lucky he coached the splash bros, and durant.

I agree, he is an overrated coach.
