I kept on seeing these ads for the Gorilla Bow. And I did some research and then saw the X3 Bar after seeing the Gorilla Bow. There is a doctor in San Francisco who created it, his name is Dr John Jaquish. He swears by his X3 Bar and calls it X3 because it gets you stronger 3 times faster than weights.

He argues that weights are a waste of time and he wrote a book on it. The bands and bar he created gets you stronger in multiple planes and doesn't damage your joints. He argues that it's not the same as any band. It comes with an aluminum bar that is more compact than an olympic bar, which he says is hollow on the inside.

So he has gained 60 pounds of muscle in 2 years. And he only works out with his bar about 10 minutes a day. Has no interest in the gym and has turned down visits to the best gyms in the world. He claims that his bar will do much more for you when it comes to strength and size.

He has videos on youtube though. He totally bashes weights. I'm really surprised about this and he is a strong guy. Do you guys believe that the X3 Bar does everything he claims?

Yes. If you want to increase your gains even further, buy more X3 bars. For example, if one bar 10 minutes a day makes you gain 60lbs of muscle in 2 years, 10 bars at the same time for 10 minutes a day will make you gain 600lbs of muscle in 2 years.

the advantage of the X3 Bar, is that you don't necessarily have to make large diet adjustments/accommodations in order to see results. as for weight lifting, I'd say that 1 month of heavy lifting with proper dieting could probably equate to 2 months off without incurring much muscle loss. You could probably combined the 2 if you had the time for good night sleeps in order to boost muscle mass that can be easily retained through X3 Bar.

Walk on Water delivering the links. Nice.

When I read the OP I thought Walk on Water is a smart guy, but there's no way this could be true. But then I clicked on the link and the video has 696 likes with only 10 thumbs down. Maybe this is just another case of Walk on Water being 5 steps ahead of us. Might have to look into this thing.
