View Full Version : Did lebron maximize his talent?

I'd say absolutely not. Extremely flawed for a ATG, never truly improved his game, shot selection still puzzling, soft, stat based player, ringchaser in his prime in the East, carried by the media, tailor made system, excuses etc..

Wish he was less self consious and had better work ethic.

More finals mvp, more regular season mvp than the late kobe bryant.

Stats, media awards and ringchasing in a weak East. Already mentioned it. Was i wrong about the skills? Him being too self consious about his flaws and stats.. and work ethic?

Averaged more points than kobe in the regular season playoffs and finals. Lebron has the best work ethics in the nba. That's why he is still an elite player in his 17th season. What were Kobe's stats in his 17th season? Did the lakers won a playoffs series?

His points were nowhere near as important and impactful as kobe's. Give me kobe's 30 over lebron's uninspiring 38. He has the best work ethic? Must be doing something wrong, no skills, no footwork, no moves, terrible jumper, free throws etc.

Lebron is 35 years old. Kobe missed the playoffs when he was 35. Lebron was playing major minutes since he was a rookie while kobe was an off the bench player in his first two seasons.

What does being 35 have to do with his flaws and work ethic? Year 17 Kobe was better than almost any version of lebron. Mastered the game, no excuses, carried bums to the playoffs, was even more impressive than AD and Lebron being 1st seed.

Op is onto something.

Though I'd say the media pumped up his talent more than anything

His stans are generally low bball iq people

Out of all the things you can attack Lebron with you chosen work ethic?

This is one of the dumbest thread I ever saw on NBA message boards.

OP is saying, if Black Lives don't matter, than All lives don't matter

where as there are actually no relation between the two
