After a bad game 1 he's been phenomenal the last 2 games. Luka we know is a tier above everyone, but what if SGA ends up being the 2nd best player in that phenomenal, all time great draft class? The leap he's taken this year has been insane, despite being moved to SG full time basically.

If Kawhi was a little smarter he would of not forced the Clippers hand on the trade, and Clippers would be a lot better right now with SGA+Gallo.

It hasn't been insane. He was on this trajectory last season. Quite predictable.

It's why OKC refused to even consider the PG trade unless SGA was included.

It's all Kawhi's fault. He didn't need Paul George. Smh.

Still disagree on the idea of trusting a young unproven player over a proven all-star. Kawhi is trying to win championships here. SGA ended up a good player but he could of ended up a bust as well, Kawhi couldn't just assume this guy would be good. Trusting a random rookie over a MVP candidate is a tough thing to do.

I think Kawhi and PG are good friends and that played an important part in teaming up. He wanted to play close to his home with a friend while also competing for a title.

Trusting a young player is no different than trusting Playoff P.

Papa Kawhi can carry in playoffs. The MVP candidate George will carry in reg season.
