He's "banned" but I'm a bit skeptical if he really is because the 'b' is supposed to be in capital.

However, the letters displayed under his name are all in lower case characters and in the bio, he also says that he's "hibernating".

it seemed like his behavior was progressively getting worse. perhaps his doctor switched his medication
