If it was that easy for everybody to score in the NBA I believe the percentage of 20 ppg scorer should have been higher no? :confusedshrug:
What is everybody complaining about this era?
These are elite scorers. And 3s > 2s

There's only one ball per game, and only five guys on a team get starter minutes.
These are elite scorers.
Teams are scoring 115 to 130+ in playoff games.
And 3s > 2s
Not at the rim, not when it's a tightly contested three over a wide open midrange. Not when the game is within two points for a last shot and you can get a better look from two.

Minutes are down. If players today played the minutes stars in the past did you would have a lot more 20+ PPG scorers, etc.

Giannis should have average 30ppg this season but bud did everything possible to **** up his averages. Playing him 15 minutes, then sitting him the rest of the nets game. then giannis getting suspended after like 5 minutes, bs

Some old guys on here (like me) don't want to accept the fact that todays league is deeper than past eras. There are more guys who can shoot which leads to better spacing.
The rules changes are a factor in increased scoring but not the only one.

Yeah, his per 36 numbers are 35/16/6  and in past eras superstars were playing 40+ MPG.
