Sorry, I'm not buying that link's validity. It says Guanajuato is as safe as Denver, the place in the US which is 2nd only to San Diego in murder conviction rate. I can't find the video, but there was another video of the guy being attended to, afterwards. I think the guy that went to attend him had to assure him that he's not the guy who shot him (he might off been part of the same militia group). And his voices, just in a state of extreme fear.

You feel a little bad because because stupidity led to that point in his life, and there might be great regret. If the regret is not there then I don't feel as bad, but if there is I do, because now he's stuck with this being a part of his everyday life, and he won't be able to turn back the clock.

He's a convicted felon that pulled a pistol on a 17 year old kid. He's lucky thats all he lost, because his buddies got one in the chest and head.
