As you can see from the 2nd video, black people getting killed has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's just a fun event that these particular people get to participate at the thought of any black deaths.

I don't know if it'll make sense, but it reminds me of a story of this cat. The owner of this cat stepped on it, the cat yelled and ran away. The owner felt bad and gave him food. And then whenever the owner's foot went near by the cat, the cat would make a noise and immediately run to the location where the owner keeps the cat food. The cat knows that it can get food at the possible idea of getting stepped on.

~600,000 gathered for Sturgis Bike Rally starting August 7th
