Mass media freed us from a dark age only to almost immediately plunge us into another one. When you break down the percentages of encounters blacks have with police that result in death the numbers are still astronomically low and you will never push them to zero. Humans are not infallible. Shit happens. And as long as we have mass media to sensationalize the outcome of .001% of the occurrences...the outrage won’t stop.

Correct. This feels like the redlining argument of how it's still a thing, even though it's not and the places are still treated similarly based on projected risks and losses on loans, not on the people who live there. The reason why that's obvious is that you can move.

However, obviously those places are still going to stay, and you can't just cram everyone into other places and leave those places (like Chicago) empty on account of there are too little police officers. The way to fix that is to add more police officers and give them more funding. That makes the area safer, makes businesses want to invest, and opens up educational opportunities such as scholarships and internships.

It doesn't help however that the African American population is overly representative of choosing low-paying majors and careers, but I'm not advocating forcing people to study something they don't want to study.

How to improve that? Well the cops can do better, but it wont solve the root problems. The blacks need to listen to the cops orders and stop doing funny things like putting their hands in their pockets, or trying to pull something out of their car trunk. This is a country that everyone may hold a gun, the police officers live in panic everyday fearing that a criminal may shoot them. Just cooperate and listen to the command, they wont kill you if you do.

Also blacks do commit about 50% of the crimes all over this country despite occupying roughly 13-14% of population. The crime rate of blacks is more than 3 times of any other races, and this isnt very good statistics for them since the cops are more likely to be defensive when dealing with blacks. They are humans too, they may mistakenly shoot an innocent person, but the stereotype of blacks being far more likely criminals makes this worse. You cant expect the cops to change this mindset, you have to do better on your own and prove that you are good citizens. Try committing less crimes and the stereotype will eventually go away, but until then.

I disagree with this. The percentage of blacks killing other blacks is similar to the percentage of whites killing whites. Both are high. In 2018, the homicide on black on black is 88-89% while white on white is 80-81%. This is mostly true among all races. They tend to kill each other more than they kill other races.
