but i would argue it's not a fair comparison. U need ball on Harden/Luka's hand all the time, they initiate the entire offense of the team, they are the leader type, while AD is a finisher/rim protector/rebounder/defender, he is the part of offense, he can set up screen for u, pick n roll with u, finish the ball by jump shot/post/alle op/dunk.
shouldnt put AD in that comparison.

Luka is a magician. Teammates cut faster when he has the ball. Teammates pass better in imitation of him. And he scores almost as well as Harden. Better in the 4th quarter.

Davis is overrated in terms of impact. Still, I would put him over Harden if it weren't for health concerns. Harden is indestructible.

Well imagine what it's like to play with them. It's the same reason Kidd was always better than Marbury, even back when that was a conversation. Luka is an offensive supercharger. The Mavs had the best offense of all time this season, by some metric or other. I don't read too much into that, but it's something. He's a wizard. When he has the ball there are supernatural things afoot.

Harden is an energy vampire, and he's terrible in the playoffs. He has absolutely everything except "It." It's like a woman who looks outstanding and has a terrific personality, but cannot get aroused.
